Customers at Lakemont Park are welcome to pay with credit cards, although a 3.99% fee applies for credit card transactions. Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable. In the event of an unintended charge, both the fee and the erroneous charge will be fully refunded.

All pavilion rentals are considered tentative until the deposit is received. The deposit must be paid within seven (7) days of receiving the contract. Deposits are refundable up to 21 days before the rental date. If the full payment is made, it will be refundable minus a $50 deposit and credit card fees if canceled 14 days before the rental date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date. If the booking is made less than 21 days before the rental date, the full rental amount is due within 24 hours of booking.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any leftover Golf tickets or Batting tokens. These tickets and tokens are non-refundable. We encourage you to plan your activities accordingly to make the most of your visit.
